The villa

The villa sits in the Résidence du Golfe, on the hillside above Sagone. A hundred square metres, eight people, air conditioning in every bedroom, and a renovation designed so you live outdoors as much as in.

The terrace and the garden
The terrace wraps around the façade. A table for eight under the awning; the barbecue beneath the stone arch; further along, loungers set in the grass in the shade of the umbrella pine, facing the gulf.
The garden is looked after for you — nothing to water, except the herb pots if you'd like to use them. And if they're ripe, the lemons on the tree are yours.

The kitchen
Generously equipped, because we all cook
The kitchen opens onto the living room: marble worktop, a bar with four stools, every appliance. Chopping boards, trivets, utensils — it's all there, and all yours to use.
A back kitchen completes it: two washing machines, a dryer, ironing board and iron, two vacuum cleaners, airers and hangers.

The living room
A long table, and the sea down the hall
From the front door your eye runs straight through to the glass doors and the gulf beyond. The living room continues the kitchen; the table seats eight, and the terrace is on the same level.

A deep sofa, the television, and doors open to the garden.

Eight places, with the garden door right beside it.
The bedrooms
Four doubles, all air-conditioned
Three bedrooms inside the house, one of them with its own bathroom; the fourth opens from outside and has its own shower room. Each air-conditioning unit is independent, with its remote in the room.

Double bed, glass door onto the covered terrace and the gulf.
Garden bedroom
Double bed, level access to the garden and its armchairs.
Terracotta bedroom
Double bed, terracotta floor, window onto the garden.
Independent bedroom
Double bed, entered from outside, with its own shower room and WC. Ideal for extra privacy.
The converted attic is not included in the rental.

The Résidence du Golfe
The estate is gated, with an automatic barrier; three remotes wait for you in the villa. Two numbered parking spaces are reserved for the house — one on the small car park beside it, the other at the entrance to the estate.
